From a safety point of view - he poses a life threatening risk! He might be a great pilot but displaying poor airmanship negates that!
He might be within the rules due to class airspace by not using his radio that is if he has one.... but the existing traffic prescribes that he should & must!
I agree with David that we are VFR pilots and should fly outside but that does not guarantee knowledge that he is there.... Approach the person in an amicable manner... if no result then ESCALATE THE SITUATION PRONTO. In the meantime the students at 43 are aware of the problem and he should be treated as any feathered "enemies" such as vultures & blue cranes!

By the way, everytime we have been visited by the SAPS - we were asked to show valid documents including our licenses - we courteously complied! Why not as we don't have anything to hide!

WOW JB!

I would suggest that this document is more important than the POH.

I for one am going to force my students to sign every page of this document prior to going solo from now on!
Very well thought out and well written document and compliments to the author.

Shot bru!

Was browsing the net for info on implementation of the Red Tag system in Flight Schools. I find that there is not pertinent literature on the aspect and stumbled on the article.

Going to see that all at Kimberley Microlight Club as well as Kimberley Flying School get a copy....
