English translation below:

On Saturday, September 10 took place at the Aeroclub de Escobar the first meeting of KR aircraft builders in Argentina. Despite the bad weather and enthusiastically attended by some 35 persons from different parts of the country. The fact that many have traveled many miles to be present spoke of the interest generated by this meeting organized meager 3 months. Unfortunately, the forecast of probable gusts up to 60 mph ahuyentó who would go flying and some of the interior who must travel far.

The meeting was due to perform from 10 am and this hour and there were more than 5 cars and about 10 people. The last to retire did so at around 10 of the night.

The morning was developed in the interior of the hangar where the KR2S Alberto Pupato and KR2S under construction.

After a delicious lunch, the talks were conducted in subjects related to aircraft KR and construction of aircraft.

Thus began Alberto Pupato with a dissertation on the first flight of its KR2S flying with an engine Rotax 582 (65 HP) and the flight characteristics of this plane with its original profile ( RAF 48 ).

Secondly Eduardo Barros talked about his experience in the management of fiberglass resins, making a very convincing demonstration of how laminar on polyurethane foam, minimizing the work of sanding. In the second part of his statement, he referred to the new profiles and flight characteristics compared with the original and talked about his project, a development of KR highly modified, which I was pleased to see on more than one occasion in travel a San Pedro.

Then, speaking Charles Riviere, an expert in handling acrylics, and spoke of the various possibilities for bubble KR like ovens in a factory windshield aeronautical and should be treated as material.

Finally Rolando Marioni recounted her experience with automobile engines, and their suggestions for alternative accommodations engine.

The entire afternoon passed quickly despite the bad weather, and, judging from the questions and interest in the theater, it will not be long until they are forming a new meeting.

We want to thank all those who accompanied us despite the bad weather, all those who tried to come but failed, and especially Anthony Desimone and Danilo Marinato, who selflessly came into contact with us until the last moment to try to engage with its aircraft .
