This looks like an awesome toy for buggering around on. Dam or possibly calmer seas....
Anyone ever operated one of these sucessfully in SA?

Interestingly "Never capsized" used to seeing "never rolled" :lol:

I still think these trikes must be the ultimate in flying, can you imagine taking the wing off and having a cool hovercraft!

There has been a thread on float microlights and I believe the problem is the same as with inland float planes. And that is water affairs don't like them because they spread water-weed.

I think its a pain in the butt getting a license and you need to to a dry landing and clean hull before landing on another patch of water.

Imagine having one of these around the Kast Pinnacles in the China Sea (James Bond- Man with the Golden Gun). Cruising around between the pinnacles... no worries about engine failure... dropping of and camping on a beach... sigh.

:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: I think there were a couple of these puddle jumpers in Moz being used between the islands. Think there is market for one of these in most tourist destinations near a dam or coast. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
