He was flying low over my house on Sunday afternoon in Randburg doing stall turns and wingovers - not being the moaning type, I would just like to make him aware, that flying like that could land him in alot of trouble if someone were to report him to the CAA 

You can only tie the record for flying low.

1) aerobatics in an aircraft that explicitly disallows aerobatics
2) aerobatics over a built-up area
3) deliberate low flying over a built-up area
Pilots who deliberately break the law like this are the source of half the complaints against pilots in general, and need to be stopped. If we don't take action to get people like this out of the system, GA is going to be regulated to extinction...
