Coastline flying

Will do a lot of sea coastline flying in the near future near Jeffreys bay.( Nearly 80km white beach to PE )

Not known to these flying conditions, what are the written and unwritten rules of flying close and above beaches, and all
along the coast.

What is legal and what will irritate owners? I will fly a 503 trike.
What about landing on the long stretches of beach?
