Ingwe - Severe noise problem?

I would like to drop in at Ingwe soon, but according to the information on Easy Plan, due to bird activity, there is a "Severe noise problem - call first"

So ....... Call who, on what?
How "severe" is severe, should I rather stay well clear?

Which Ingwe are you talking about? the one where we fly from just next to Eagles Creek?

The only birds we have are a few tarentale and some pigeons shitting on our wings

You only call over head and on finals

The Ingwe a stones throw away from Aero57.
Incidentally, with such close proximity, why are they on different frequencies?

Yes, that is our Ingwe. Aero57 is on 15.25 and Ingwe and Eagle Creek is close so we use the same freq of 125.00
