For those of you who followed Riaans adventures. Circumnavigating africa on a bicycle, circumnavigated Madagaskar in a kayak and also Iceland. He is now doing a 4100km cycle around south Africa raising money for the hungry kids with the support of KFC.. you can follow him on www.addhope.co.za

Spoke to Riaan this morning. He had one hell of a pile up in the Karroo. Fortunately no broken bones, but has torn the carledge on three ribs where they join the spine. so yesterday and today was a rest day.
