Trike work in Tanzania

Postby powerfly » Mon Jul 19, 2010 5:51 pm

I am looking for a full time pilot to fly anti poaching patrols and some survey work up here in Tz.

The work is all in the bush in very remote areas, so whoever takes the job will have to be comfortable living on his own for about months at a time, and doing the trike inspections and scheduled maintenance during that time.

Any one interested should contact Keith Roberts on keith.roberts@tgts.com or myself on doug.braum@tgts.com

...and anyone interested in any job from TGTS can contact me as well for info. As I did fly anti-poaching in Tanzania for the same snakes in 2007.

DO NOT LEAVE A GOOD JOB HERE TO GO AND FLY IN TANZANIA FULL TIME. IF YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED AND HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE THEN GO FOR IT.

Oh, and I almost forgot. If you do not believe me, I can always put you in touch with Neville Boardman and at least 3 others that work for TGTS with and after me.

To ad to ZS-Nel's frustration with this company, after a previous advert on this forum I found them an out of work MPL pilot with instructors rating and 1000+ hours, no commision on my side - Just tried to help a friend - These okes gave me the run around like you cannot believe, bunch of rubbish stories and wasted my time -Then they wanted a photo of the oke - For crying out load, 1000hours experience and they worry what he looks like - Anti poaching guys have to be pretty boys? Asseblief - They ended up wasting my friend's time too - - Why advertise in the first place then if you are not serious   If this is the same crowd then STAY AWAY!!

So your friend was not pretty enough for Pappa Fox.
Look I admit this particular friend fell out of the ugly-tree and hit every branch on the way down  - But if you find someone willing to live in the bush, fly in dangerous circumstances and this guy has vast experience chances are he does not look like Christiano Ronaldo  Why would anyone care what the oke looks like anyhow for this kind of work - Crazy man . Which kinda makes me wonder how you got the job ZS-Nel?  Joking ol buddy

Anyhow - Think we have made our point - Funny crowd

Maybe that's why they didn't take me last time out - 650hrs MPL, AP, Hon.Ranger experience, but when they saw my photo......
