i was promised my email was getting attention , well i think the attention it got was ZILCH nothing all i got was an email threatening me to stop
posting comments as "he is a South African" i dont care if he is the Pope , he has stolen from me and just keeps giving me empty promises that my
goods are going to be sent "next week "
please please do not give any money to Paul Lintott , he is a Theif , he took my money JULY 2014 and i am still waiting

I just wondered if we could see how many people
paul Lintott has taken money off and not sent the
things before the post either gets locked or removed
it seems that this happens
I have been contacted by a couple of other members
this has happened to
the last post got locked as if someone had something
to hide or involvement in this I don't know why this
would happen as we the customers are the innocent
party I am investigating if this is covered by UK fraud
laws as money was paid in the UK .
anyone's input would be good.

I paid him over 4 months ago and still haven't received anything. Can't even get a reply to emails. Called today and his wife answered. When she realized who was calling she put the phone down. I called back and the maid answered and swore she was alone. Go figure.
All I want is my kit so I can go and test fly my aircraft.

I had a good experience with Paul. I bought my Raptor and the previous owner could not find the PAX headset and helmet so I ordered a new one from Paul. It took a few weeks as he did not have stock but I paid and a month later they were ready for collection at PostNet. So he does have some happy customers.

I too had a good experience before. I ordered some kit and he dispatched it and then my payment was rejected. I was working offshore for the next 2 weeks but the day I got back onshore I did the correct thing an made the payment. All he needs to do is the honest thing. Either dispatch the goods or return the funds. his product is good but business ethics at this time is not. Reply to emails and ask for more time but don't just ignore the customer.

All I can give is facts I paid July last year and I get same thing calls are rejected or mysteriously get cut off all I want is my goods or my money simple !!!
In the UK this is fraud or theft or both
we all have life difficult at times but we don't need to steal from others I think I have been more than fair waiting so long

It is really sad that a great product has been given a bad name due to poor management.

I have not had recent dealings with Paul. In 2012 after DBP's accident we decided to buy a complete Air Magic System as we were very unhappy with the original comms that we had inherited when we purchased her.
I paid via EFT and received my goods via our AP who happened to be travelling to KZN at the time and collected on our behalf. No issues whatsoever.
Paul was very helpful and professional when we needed a bit of advice re the installation and I have not had a moments trouble with the intercom system since.

I have also spent all the time since encouraging people to support his product and his business....something I cannot do anymore due to the numerous complaints and reports of dishonesty?

Paul I implore you to come to the party and try and salvage what little credibility you have left? Return the deposits and payments made to you and give your clients a straight answer? Put yourself in their situation and ask yourself if you would accept the kind of treatment you expect them to accept from you?

Solowings has recently "re launched" themselves, maybe you should chat to them and ask them to take over your product distribution? I don't want to see AM disappear....It is a great product but there are clearly things happening behind the scenes that will eventually destroy any chance of continuing the future of the brand. Surely even you do not want to see all the hard work of developing this product come to nought?

In Business, customer service and consumer confidence is everything.

I was promised that I will receive my outstanding goods at the Kitty Hawk event.
Paul was not there but he did write me an E- mail on the day after the Kitty Hawk event and promised to deliver by the end of the week.
As of today NOTHING.!!
I ordered these items in the hope that I will be able to use them during December holidays..!!!
Now the Botswane trip is coming up and I have wasted R8000 on something I cant use because it is incomplete.
It is meaningless to testify to somebody,s good behavior of past if he is presantly ripping numerous persons off.!!
I have not given up on this. Just not have the time to persue the matter.
