I just got this from RotaMax:
Our twin carb engine can be purchased with or without gearbox:

RotaMax 1300 C 10,995
RotaMax 1300 CG 12,995 (with gearbox)

With accessories, it looks like this:

1300 Carb, w/ radiator & exhaust
RotaMax 1300 C 10,995
RotaMax 1300 Exhaust Kit 750
RotaMax 1300 Radiator 450
12,195

1300 Carb w/gear redrive, w/ radiator & exhaust
RotaMax 1300 CG 12,995
RotaMax 1300 Exhaust Kit 750
RotaMax 1300 Radiator 450
14,195

Our engine comes with a 32 amp stator coil, 45 amp optional is available. We offer twin plugs per rotor, twin coils, twin CDIs. We only have one stator coil.

http://www.rotamax.net/avi_pwrcur.html will show you the 1300 power curves.

There is no oil cooler because the engine does not recirculate oil. It is a lost oil system. So you have a fuel reservoir, and an oil reservoir. The oil is injected into the needle roller bearings and moved through the engine to help the seals. It is a "dry" engine, not a wet sump engine. This is better for you in that you never have to monitor or worry about oil temp, oil filters, oil fans or coolers. Just add fuel and then add oil and you are done.

I specifically asked for carbs + CDI (simpler is better!). Seems like incl accessories it is a touch cheaper than an 85hp Jab for 130hp! Estimate R50k for overhaul every 1000 hours, which is more expensive than the Jabi (but cheaper than the Rotax).

This is a REALLY tempting option!
