... the extra passenger - so 3 up on the trike - expired ATF - licence not valid ....

What is the maximum seat occupancy for WCM - CCM - LSA? 1 + 1 I do believe...

No doubt what the law says... GUILTY AS CHARGED

Why would any pilot fly without an ATF and valid license? Why are some people just so irresponsible?

I don't feel sorry for such pilots...

...the vast majority of us all spend a lot of time, effort and money making sure we are legal and therefore able to enjoy the privilege of being a pilot. What make these renegades so special?

Having read ALL comments on this thread,,, frankly I thing its shocking a pilots took off knowing very well it 's the thing not to do..... The stressing part is he exposes us ALL WSM pilots of being Cowboys of the sky.... To which many of us are not .....
