You can buy the stuff off the supermarket shelf Robertsons Cayenne Pepper etc. or preferably organic shops etc. Dischem we went never had so I opted for the Robertsons offering for now.
All indications are that : Guinea spice, cow-horn pepper, aleva, bird pepper,in its powdered form - red pepper etc. are all birds of a feather

). The stuff really accelerates a couple of things I must say - metabolism and hence the increase in body temp hence the sweating
