I recently ordered some stuff from the T Shirt guys, so I just popped off an email to them re the name tags. Hope to get an answer soon.

The guys at shirtshop can do name tags for us. Sample below.
Ryan will put it on the web site for people to order.
You can also do the caps with names on.
