I didn't read two similar incidents.....I made 2 enquiries to 2 well respected Rotax servicemen. One is against the glass filter and the other gave a balanced viewpoint.
Why didn't you believe the original 11 experienced pilots here
Simply because I, and others at my field have used it for years and never had a problem. And maybe for the same reasons as to why you will use a paper filter with premix and I won't ## ##

Like my post said....maybe because we all have identical installations (which may just happen to be the correct ones) or maybe we have different mesh inserts or maybe because they're not made in China :shock: or maybe.......or maybe.....or maybe :?:

As I said...I am not 100% convinced because there are too many variables but I'm thinking about it. :D :D

Hallo daar OOMS!
Yes my engine is in and ready to go but alas those of you wanting to read Rapport Beeld etc keeps me busy!! Normally if you see a small on page 2 of the beeld saying "sorry late due to technical" well Im sort of technical!!
Agent my plane just needs to be checked out as soon as I have some time so hopefully within the next two weeks then 15 or 20 hours around the patch and then........... (-) (-) youll see Duckie being much nicer to as hell fly whereevr we go and if hes not nice hell walk back :lol:

BTW everyone when is there a brekkie again?????
