Would CAA approve of this in SA??

I have read somewhere that a microlight are not allowed to have retractable gear. Please tell me I'm wrong, as look like a nice aerie.

I have a Baley dragonfly.it is used to tow hanggliders up .it is knowen as the TUG
it stalls at 18 mph and VNE OF65 mph .normal flying speed 35mph
