Recovering microlight

Postby Z-MRP » Sat Aug 16, 2008 3:21 pm

Hi all, I am trying to help a fellow flyer to get his plane recovered. We are based in Zimbabwe and there is no one left here that can give us some good help on this. So can anyone give me some contact info on who can supply/make up/quotation for these new covers. The plane is a copy of one produced in SA so they not keen to assist in any way, dont blame them! At the end of the day he needs to get this plane recovered and flying again.
Many thanks
Raymond

What type of plane? Trike or rag and tube? If rag and tube, we sell Aero-muti covering system see our website http://www.saplanes.co.za

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear that that Cow man (Moogabe) won't let it be recovered because it is a copy of an SA plane!
Terrible! :(
Try SA Planes http://www.saplanes.co.za or Rainbow Aircraft http://www.aerotrike.co.za
As far as I know the Cheetah is a rag and tub aerie!
Hope this helps.

The saplanes site is working 100%, we moved servers a week or two ago so that might be the probl. Try pressing shift refresh at the same time or ctrl refresh. See the manufacturers section and follow the link.

Thanks guys for your response, sent you email MOGAS, your site is working followed your link in manufactures sec. Will follow up Jenya on monday.
Will definety keep track of wats available thru your forums, believe it or not we have a thriving microlight club here in Harare, just that when it comes to spares/accessories you pretty much have to make your own plans to get wats needed.
If any of you should be in Harare over a weekend let me know and can get you out to the club for a look around ,evenings we normally have a braai going.
