Help finding school in my area. Pleeeeez

I've been drooling for too long and finaly want to wipe up my puddle with a certificate and hopefully a well inked logbook. I'd love to try my hand on a Trike. Where oh where is there a school in my area. I live in Waverley, JHB. Closest H-way exit is the Linksfield exit on the M3 (Close to Gilloolies interchange). Any ideas / contacts.

Hi and welcome to microlighting. Close to Goololies I can think of 3 training schools.

Microland (Delmas road - Bapsfontein)
Bapsfontein Airfield (Delmas Road Bapsfontein)
Petit airfield (R51 road closer to N12 - Also Bapsfontein area)

You will receive great training at any one of these schools

Big D... Thanks. I'll definitely give them a call and set this up. I'm also noticing a trend on this forum for quick efficient responses. Seems the preoccupation with Microlighting is far more of a priority than hate night work or putting the kids to bed. I like it. Very excited.

This is probably your closest/quickest, jump on the N3 towards Germinston, Take the Eastern bypass to Alberton, take the R59 to Vereeniging, Pass the Blockhouse Engen onestop and the field is next to the freeway on your left. Take next offramp
