Second hand costs

I am looking at bying a second hand trike.

The trike i'm looking at have 80 hours TT. My questions:

1. It's been standing for a while and I would like to have a thourough service done on the 582. How much?
2. How much for AP and to register in my name?
3. Anything else I must factor into the price to register in my name?
