Bush baby

Wonder why cant I use this undercarriage in a nose wheel configuration. It seems like the sweep is more forward than the standard configuration. If you swop them left right vise versa the sweep wil be more to the back than the one they use lately. I think it will give me only a bit of extra weight on the nose wheel.
Did't they use it like this in the early Bushbaby and if so why did they change it.

Just wonder and like to know.
Thanks

1. It wont fit if you try & turn it around.

2. Make sure that the reinforcing tubes for the nose gear is installed

3. Sit down and relax untill the urge to bugger up a perfectly good plane disappears.

Pierre, omdat dit nie SO werk nie.

iemand sê dit word so gedoen nie.

Glo my, ek het n stel bene gekry wat verkeerdom gesweis was. Die take-off was .....wel, interessant :!: Die landing plein donners gevaarlik. Leer daaruit. :D

I have an Explorer (tail dragger), and am wanting to know if there is anyone who has any experience with the installation of a solid aluminium main undercarriage, such as the Kitfox / Eurofox uses?

Hi... you can speak to Monty, or else contact Peter Chapman from Frigatte air in Nelspruit. He is busy building a second Explorer with the Grove gear and this is a must see! I will try and get some pic's to post.
