Airfields around an other one.

Postby tthierry » Thu Sep 13, 2007 12:10 pm

Now you can see airfields within a 40 nm radius around an other one conveniently.

You search your "center" airfield in the database:
http://www.eurovfr.com/moteur/form_recherche.php (FAJS for exemple)

Then, on its card, you click on the button "nearby airfields". You get a google map which you can zoom in and out. In areas such as Johannesburg, it enables me to display the airfields and separate them from the others (they're so many of them...).

This problem is now fixed. I hope you'll use this feature.

There are many new feautures with the route planner such as choosing a turning point on the map, the displaying of airfields along your route etc...

Don't forget to feed data about the airfields you know in the database, so that it is more usefull.

Thanks.
Again, I wish that more info was fed into the database by other pilots. Everyone would benefit from it: more info FROM you = more users, hence more info FOR you.
