simple, browse using Windows Explorer to find the file. Select all the files you want to reduce by simultaneously holding down the CTRL key and left-clicking on them once. Now right-click over the selection, select Send To - Mail Recipient. If will ask you if you want to make them smaller. Select OK.

It will open up an email message. In the attachments box you will see all the files and their smaller sizes. Select these using the left-click/CTRL combination. Right click and select Copy. Go back to Windows explorer and right-click PASTE them to a folder

well in that case you have to take the PC place it back into the container that you bought it in, and return it to the shop from which you got it and also recieve a full refund.
