Just a friendly reminder that this weekend ,21st February will be our monthly fly-and-braai at Microland. See you all there.

Tailwinds Club Shirts:

As promised, with the help of Rob Shaw, I will be taking orders for club shirts... embroidered like the one pictured.
If you would like one, here is what you need to do.


Go and purchase yourself one (or as many as you like) shirt and bring it to the next Microland Fly and Braai on Saturday March 21st.
You can choose any style/colour shirt you like as long as the material has open spaces where the logo, call sign and nickname can be placed. (See Example!)

The shirts you bring me will be sent to the guys doing the embroidery work and then returned to us.

The cost per shirt will be between R100-R150...(it all depends on the length of your nickname.)

Please staple a piece of paper to the inner label with your name, cell No, Call sign and Nickname so that the information can be correctly applied to each shirt.
Payment must be made in advance please...R100 per shirt.

If you cannot for some reason make the braai, you are welcome to leave your shirt/s with Fanie/Merv at the school...I will collect them there on the 21st. PLEASE don't forget to label them!!!

This is done entirely at your own risk folks... this is not for profit...neither Rob nor myself can accept responsibility for defects or mistakes, we offer this to you as a favour, nothing more.

I look forward to receiving your shirts, I will make a list of everyone who brings me one on the day and will re-distribute them back to you once all has been completed.

It is my wedding anniversary on Saturday, so that gives Jana the ideal opportunity to come with to the braai so all you guys can congratulate her for living with me, or at least that's how I'm going to try to sell it
