YOUNG FALCONS WINGS PARADE

Hi Guys,

That time of the year again. The Young Falcons Program at Ysterplaat will be holding its Annual Wings Parade on Saturday 9th November 2013.

The Advanced Young Falcons will by then have passed their Virtual Private Pilot’s Licence and we traditionally reward them for that with a flip out of Air Force Base Ysterplaat. So we hereby invite all our local friends in aviation to fly in and join us on that day.

The day starts at about 8ish and the flying is normally all over by 11:30am – we then move to the Young Falcons Aviation Academy, on the base, where we award them with their certificates and wings. Big day for them indeed. We then feed all and sundry and you could be airborne outbound by 1pm if all works as planned.

Those who have joined us in previous years will attest to the great fun had by all. We are limited to approx. 22 aircraft, so please do contact me as soon as possible – there are two forms that need to be completed by 31 October at the latest.

Thanks Bob, I would've put this in the next NL but the cut off date (Oct 31st) will render that useless. Please send me some pic's and details of the event to include in the edition thereafter?
