If the crank is still within spec I will not change it at 600 hrs.

I believe, and obviously I may be wrong, if you service your engine according to manufacturers recommendations, and you make sure she never exceeds any of the maximum temps and rpm's and you make sure your EGT & CHT differences remain within spec she will run to 2000 hrs before she is worn out or fails. How far I will take it I do not know, safety first.

My trike does not do hard work as near as a school's trike, so I want a OIL that burns in such a way that I do not have to do every 25 hours DECOKE. An OIL that is ashfree, make my engine less (if any) carbon buildup, which means less maintenance in terms of DECOKE.
I agree, there is no BAD 2 stroke oil. Use the oil you are most comfortable with. If you take what happened to the Dr's aerie on Saturday, too much oil is very dangerous. His rings are so stuck that they had to be broken to get them out. His autolube was sticky and overlubricated the engine. R 2040 later, luckily he was on the ground.

Will in future check my oil burn regularly.

BTW That is also a maintenance requirement in the Rotax schedule.
WX Thursday looks good?
