Hi Everyone,

I just want to point out that the original post by Gavin was a pdf document which needs Acrobat or Acrobat Reader to open and contains the full Gazette as published on Monday 14th January, whereas Gavin's second post only contains Form B (the renewal document) and not the full information contained in the gazette which is very important indeed, especially for those of you who may have old, outdated contact details still reflected on your respective licences. I was going to post the same info myself but now can say thanks to Gavin but urge everyone who only read his second "Word document" post to try again to open the original pdf file and read that. The gazette is also available on the SA government info site and can be viewed or downloaded using the following URL:

Read Gavin's or the one above, you may find you need to take some fairly swift action!
