Hallo;

A table spoon or two of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR every morning is gross; but also oh so good for you.

I heard your first "morning pee" is also the best medicine... can't say that too many of us can stomach that. :? That is not for weight loss but for cancer and other serious health issues... ##

have a super day..

Linda's Cider vinegar and early morning pee coctail is also bound to remove any flobby double chin.

Imagine that tightened face expression you're gonna walk around with for the rest of the day. :)

Ja, I have also started a twice a day regime of Cayene pepper powder and CInnamon mixed with water.

Eish   That stuff wakes you up in the morning boet - Tastes kinda like VERY HOT pancakes

Must say, my appetite is less with the cayene - Can also almost sense the stuff is good for you - But you need dedication that is for sure

Maybe I must try mixing maple syryp John

Maybe mix some "AFTERSHOCK" in there.... better still, mix Cayenne Pepper into the AFTERSHOCK... then you do shooters whilst losing weight ;-)

I suppose like most things, we'll get used to it!

The remedy is quite simple

eat sensibly with most things in moderation, try to cut down on the red meat
we South Africans eat too much of it

remove the salt from your diet and cut your sugar intake in half (yes this is hard to do but you soon get used to it) (**)

and exersize 4 times a week for half an hour or so where you raise your heart beat to at least 150 and it's amazing how good you will feel (!!) (!!) (!!)

to make it easier try and make the exersize fun

for me I ride my mountain bike but I am lucky that we have some of the country's best trails on my door step vhpy

any microlighters who are keen mountain bikers???

I used to be a road runner but switched to trail running about a year ago (almost like mountain biking on your feet vhpy ) . Will try and enter one of the multiday events like AfricaX towards the end of the year.

Your recipe for feeling good is spot on, try exercising and you will feel a lot more energized!! It's amazing you expect to feel drained after a morning workout but the feeling is completely opposite and when you don’t exercise you feel drained (**)

Drinking cayene pepper - eish. Does that not stuff your guts at first?

I have been training twice a day for five weeks (yes, far too late) in preparation for the 70.3 Ironman in EL on the 22nd - I have lost no weight and no cm...WTF. Clearly too many beers and burgers (^^) (^^)

Is Cayenne Pepper "rooipeper"? Where do you buy it and how much of it do you take? :?

I have Cinnamon with honey over my cereal (the tasteless bran stuff! ) and no-fat milk every morning.

Buy from Dischem or Health shop - Is called Cayene pepper (Not the kind used to spice food) - Not sure on dosage, I take a teaspoon twice daily - But read up first, this might be a little much, I dunno? Also don't forget cinnamon which seems to be miracle herb for controling insulin spikes - If controlled can promote weight loss
