Anodizing of aluminium

Postby Triker » Tue Jan 03, 2012 2:43 pm

Best wishes to all for 2012

Speaking of wishes, i wish to renovate my Cobra's 2 aluminium plates close to the radiator.
What is the best way?
1. Anodizing
2. Powdercoating
3. Plain respray with 2K thinners and auto paint

Taking into consideration cost(reasonable) and durability
Also, I'd like to choose a color similar to the rest of the bodyworx

What pro's and cons are involved in anodizing/powedercoating/plain respraying
Last request, any contact details where I can do above mentioned. Situated in Northern side of Pretoria and work in Edenvale.

thanks a million

Triker.
I would go for 2k. BUT cost. The paint people should mix you a minimum Half Ltr here that would cost about 94.00. Then primer and hardener.
