I was going to give you a call and ask if you're flying tomorrow morning, but the weather, she's not looking too good

D20, you bent your trike. I have a fairly complete W/L airframe if it would help.
Send me an email & we can discuss it.

Reading your original post as well as all the others with encouragement, advice, offers of flips etc. you must surely be able to answer your own question.
NEVER quit your dream!
From the first day that I came into contact with microlights - particularly trikes and trikers - I realised that here is a crowd that all share a passion.
Thinking of the bitterly cold frosted winter mornings and you find them at the airfield - thats passion!
It doesn't matter whether you are a brain surgeon or a street sweeper, in some cases not even WHAT you fly, but THAT you fly.
The support structure and friendship within this unique group of aviators is what should convince you never to quit.
Just take it one step at a time and try and stay positive.
PM me. I'm sure we can try and arrange something, somewhere to make sure you stay current with your lic.
Please do not let it lapse.

Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible. Good luck we will remember you.

Re: When to know its time to quit your dream
A little update:
I went flying on Saturday with Alex at Rhino Park and managed to get my landings sorted out. I even got a bit of confidence back!
We also did a cross wind landing on the new tar runway, and I did fine! No goose step landing there! (It helps if you remember to check if your front wheel is straight
)
I'm going to try and fly at least twice a month now that I'm comfortable with flying again....No, comfortable is the wrong word - I'm really really enjoying it again
There was an offer made on my damaged trike. I've decided to take the offer as I need the money to fix my car, but I'm actually ok with it now.
I can still fly and when the time is right, I'll be able to get a better trike. Maybe an Aquilla this time.
Thanks for all the positive comments. It's really helped me keep this dream alive
