I checkes the runway today and still not in order. Small wheels and loose sand not a lekker mix -xX and still some bumps. I use the old part of the runway for my Kitfox

Nicow the trike will be able to land if you want to fly inn vhpy

The plane will never fly again :( My neighbour is a collecter of old historical stuff

Have a look on AVCOM. Goose posted pictures and it seems like a useable runway now. Goose, please keep us posted. How soft is it? Can airies with narrow tyres get in and out? Is your old runway still visable and perhaps better for microlights?

Hi All

I will not recommend aircraft with narrow wheels to atempt the landing if we dont get rain before saterday :!: .

The old runway whas still visible last time I was in the air. The old runway is 500m long and perfect for microlights, Kitfox and Bush Baby's

All aircraft use the runway at there OWN RISK :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:

Last I heard the DC6 will be here at 08:00 So all visiting aircraft MUST be on the ground At 07:30 -0< but I will keep you all up to date

I will give a final update Friday afternoon and if possible a shot from the air vhpy

Runway
S25 34 47
E028 16 10

The old runway is markt in red

Hi Julle
