Hi ON7, hope you are well!

Now that would work nicely in the BB!

Hi Rudi, are you still on for this week end, if so I will fly down from Empangeni - any excuse to see the Cato guys and see another BushBaby. We were parked just up / down the flight line from you at the Barberton flyin - white and blue tail dragger Bushbaby.

Yes! Still on, will be leaving early Saturday morning flying direct to Howick (in Jabiru SP), should be there before 10 if all goes well. The plan is to fly around in the area, visiting and getting to know the plane till around 3-4 pm and the head towards Ladysmith. Staying over there for the night, refueling and then flying home first thing Sunday morning.

Would be great to see you again and yes, how could I forget your gorgeous plane vhpy

Hope to see you Saturday, lets hope the weather plays along....
Fly safe and have fun,
Rudi

Actually had a good look again, it is not that bad is it? I suppose the "low" cloud cover is the concern if I read it right?

My other source predicts "scattered clouds" for Saturday and clear for Sunday.....

Hi Rudi,

Still a couple of days to decide - forecast can change.

Based on current view, Saturday is a write-off.

Never mess with a southerly wind in the KZN midlands - it is indeed a wind with a snake inside.

Thanks John,

Ok, I see the concern is the wind! I am so used to flying in strong winds but mostly on the flatlands that I did not think of that.....

Will keep an eye on it

The prediction for the Midlands is early morning fog

it will lift by 9ish for a partly cloudy morning although there will still be some low clouds around the Mooi River Ridge area

should be okay to fetch the BB (^^)

Will keep looking as things can change as the week progresses...

Hi James!

Thanks, that sounds ok, will only be in the area after 9 so the fog should not be a problem.

Appreciate the info and help (^^)
