Hi Magnificient,
Sounds great. I've also sent out e-mails to this effect.

SAGPA MEMBERS
Please take note of the following 2 very important dates:-
20-22 August 2010
SAGPA conference at Kokstad.

Here we must try and plan our way forward with regards to committee requirements, SACAA requirements, RAASA requirements, etc and will be held in an informal manner. Should you have any questions, queries or comments, Kokstad will be the time to air them. Please guys, we really need to plan a way forward and get a solid basis for our sport established.
There are facilities for us to fly in, as well as accommodation. Please book early.
Contact Johan Bekker at 0833751963
Annette at 0835817055

9 October 2010
SAGPA AGM.
This year the AGM will be held at Kittyhawk. Please notify Gerrit Roux or myself if you can attend and if you are available to WORK on the committee for the following year. The work will entail liasing with Aero Club, RAASA, SACAA as well as SAGPA members. Please note that the work is purely on a volunteer basis and that no renumeration is implied or expected.
During a meeting with the current chairman some months ago I also expressed the lack of postal and /or proxy votes during previous AGM’s. I was promised that, as these are part of the constitution of SAGPA, they will be taken into account this year.
More information will be sent out to all those members that we have on e-mail, so if you have a member that has not received this e-mail, kindly notify me ASAP so that the information can be sent out in time.

Good morning Condor
My wife and I will both be going to Kokstad and it seems that we will leave on the Friday now. So we might just be able to join up with each other along the way. Incidently, there are a few guys from the Natal region that expressed their wish to be there as well. They are both gyro pilots and non pilots who want to check out the scene.
