I have no clue about the rules, I was told Mexico vs France need to draw tonight or each team needs 3 players sent off for the game to be abandoned. I will be watching, and blowing me vuvu for the ref! Send em off buddy!

And how's Italy's bow out of the cup?

Assertive ref set the precident for no 'diving and acting' near the box which lead to a good honest game.Joining France and maybe Spain tomorrow. Will be at the game tomorrow (freezing the nuts off)

I was lambasted by a "friend" for referring to the beautiful game as" soccer"(name withheld to avoid embarrassment) I grew up playing soccer in school to playing in the ,then, Colt's league(similar to the u19 rugby league) and coaching high school sides for a number of years.NOW!..it's football!.. and, according to my friends friend, if you refer to the beautiful game as "soccer" you don't know anything about the game and you shouldn't even be watching it. This! I might add came out of the mouth of an English supporter. Bah!...I say! Soccer it will be as far as I'm concerned.

If anyone with a mild interest in sport can get a ticket, go.

I booked tickets in December after pressure from my brats and it was awesome. Watching Spain vs Chille at Loftus, I was hugely impressed by the fluent friendly organisation and the 'gees' is unmatched by any rugby game I have been to.

My boet who has been to countless international events including Wembley agrees with his pommie mates that watching Brazil at soccer city is unmatched anywhere.

Pretoria is spotless, the new roads a pleasure, cops all over the place and everyone proud and friendly. If this sets the tone, we are in a better place and its all worth it.

Bloemfontein - Humiliated England fans let rip at their team, manager and the referee after being dumped out of the World Cup Sunday as Germans savoured their rivals' pain over a disallowed goal after nursing a 44-year grudge.

Wa Ha Ha Ha Ha..............

4-1

My office is one block from Loftus. The gees from 15:00 in Hatfield, and after the game is something I had never experienced before. Those Spaniards are something else. (^^) (^^) Even with the whole Pretoria in blue, with a super 14 final - not even a close match.

If a game is played in your viscinity and you do not even have tickets, go hang around the spots where the guys kuier - AWESOME. Just take your own totpacks. My one friend looks a bit like a Spaniard. Joking with a bartender, that he doesn't understand him, he was charged R60.00 for a beer   . When he kakked him out in Afrikaans, he was charged R30.00.

The people doing what ostriches do best - guys you are missing the event of a lifetime.
