Is there a difference between
the maximum take of weight of a Raptor
and
the weight of a pilot, passenger & luggage with a full tank ?

Maximum take off weight is the combined(total) weight of the aircraft and all the extras that you're going to take off with.(under carriage, wing, instruments, wheels, passengers, luggage, tools, fuel, oil, engine, chocolates, coffee, ect).
