MGL EFIS South African database update

I have uploaded an update to the Navidata.ewd file used for Enigma, Odyssey and Voyager EFIS systems.

This update includes the new JHB special rules areas and also includes the addition of many smaller airfields and private strips.
The sources used to make this Navidata file are also available for download in case you want to "roll your own".
