In "Normal Law" you cannot stall the aircraft. The video does not show a stall. Its an "Alpha Floor Protection" demonstration. The video is misnamed.

Ahh yes, those were the days, three man cockpit <*> . B747 Classics still rule. ^*^^ But unfortunately times change, must fly what the company buys.
FBW aircraft work well, the frogs got the ergonomics sorted, very pleasant operation.
