RAASA or MISASA

Hi guys and girls,

As i understand it, (But remember that im blond :roll: :roll: ) you can go for one or the other? Where does Aero Club fit in or will RAASA take over Aero Club. If this is correct what is the Pro's and Con's?

Uhm - no - RAASA is the controlling body instead of CAA that gives you your license. You kind of do not have a choice - if you have a license - you will deal with them.
Aeroclub/misasa is the representative bodies of the flying fraternity that speaks for our interest at the governing bodies and sit on the CARCOM where the laws are made. Neither of those are mandatory but you will find these days that AP's won't help you much for ATF of your airplane if you do not belong. To belong you Must join Aeroclub and then choose the sub area you belong to and that is misasa for microlights.
Nuts about Cheetahs. Petit is the place.
