I would say OXYMORON, but think it just MORON...

PS
Nothing personal against any on here that may be of said species, but somewhere along the line the majority I have encountered changed their Civil Servant "title" to Not so Civil Master

Hi Boet,

Being a "dubble de-clutch person" in the sticks, let me help you. vhpy

The term "civil servant" has been discontinued and allowed to become dormant.

It applied to a bygone era where officials were civil and provided a service.

I THINK I understand now. You mean, instead of helping the very people responsible for their own daily bread, they are a constant hindrance, and not helping the whole process to go ahead smoothly ??

Nowadays the poor people even have to fill the position of the main clown in their own circus............ and no it is not that I'm that old. It was not to long ago.

'Civil Servant' ranks right up there in the realm of oxymorons as 'Military Intelligence'
