PR 20 Intercom

Good Day,
Not sure if this is the right place to post, but need some advise. I have a problem with my intercom of which I think is locally manufactured. Could anyone confirm this and if possible point me in the right direction to contact the manufacturer. Picture of the intercom is attached. It only has PR 20 as an identification.

Thank you for your reply. The problem I experience is when in the intercom position, and the Pilot makes a radio transmission, the transmission is very soft and unclear. However if the co pilot makes the transmission, that call is clear. If the intercom is switched to pilot only and no pack, then the transmission is clear. So seems to have a problem when switching from pilot only to intercom.

Have you tried to clean all contacts and pods with electrical cleaner? If yes and the problem still exists then can u make a plan to send it to me?
