Bosveld Breakfast - Potgietersrus - 8 November 2014 !!!!

Morning Everybody,

It is that time again.

Potgietersrus Microlight Club and Limpopo Flight School, invites all aviators and pilots from all over for a Bosveld Breakfast on the 8th of November 2014 at Potgietersrus Airfield.

Everyone is welcome. Microlights, LSA, Gyro's etc.

You are most welcome to make it a flying weekend in our beautiful area.

You can fly in on the Friday afternoon and back on the Sunday or just for the breakfast on the Saturday. Camping facilities is available and we can also arrange very affordable accommodation at a guest house close to the airfield.

We will post more details shortly.

Please confirm your attendance if possible. But if you decide on the day or the day before to join us you are still most welcome.

Nic on google there are x on either end of the runway-whats that all about? Are we allowed to camp under the trees/bush to the south south east of the runway-shade and tie down protection from the elements? Also where on the runway are you based?
Have penned this in my diary, need to get into the bush urgently

We are located on the southern side of the airfield. The second last hanger with the braai area next to it. Don't know how up to date google is..

Sue,the municipality cancelled the insurance on the airfield ,and we use it at own risk.The runway is in a good condition,and is 1.8km long and tarred .

Hi Maartin as alles goed gaan is ek Sat oggend ook daar. Ek gaan nie baie lus vir die kamp ding na my stuitjie operasie nie, ek sal eerder sag wil slaap. Waar kan ons in boek vir sat aand en sit asb die co-od's op asb.
