I have set out below the Aero Club's invite that I received which microlighters who have not received the invite may wish to know about.

Fly Safe

The Aero Club is happy to invite you to attend the first annual Airweek, taking place from 1-4 May 2014 at the Bethlehem Airfield.

A full 4 day program have been planned with a lot of different recreation aviation activities to keep everyone entertained.

Early Bird Member booking fee.
* R700.00 per person for the whole weekend payable before 23 April
* R350.00 per child under 10 years
* After 23rd April the fee will be R750.00 per person

Entry Fee includes the following:
Evening entertainment and expert talks on various aviation topics
Fantastic suppers - Spitbraai, Braaivleis and Potjiekos
Fly in aircraft parking
Camping
Security
Safety Officers / Static and Air Displays / Air Traffic Control for safety at the event

* Exhibition Stands in Exhibition hall From R1000
* Outside Stall available from R500
* For preferential aircraft display parking in the trading areas please contact the office on 0110821100

Pity it was cancelled. Nice concept.

Wonder how many R700.00 punters they expected?

Yes, regrettably cancelled but as we have experienced with Tedderfield and Kitty Hawk .... not as easy as it always seems!

OKAY, so book this date 7th February 2015 - KITTY HAWK .... our EXPO is set in stone - Wings Wheels Water it shall be!!!
