hey WO, what are you flying?

I am taking my trike down but have decided to trailer, as I am taking the Misus with me, and she is not a happy passenger in a trike...

Looking forward to seeing everyone there...

Hi CV

I fly a Windlass 503 ZU ATE mostly around my farm/resort called INIBOS near Koedoeskop Between Brits and Thabazimbi on the R511. My plan is to fly from here Friday morning early April 25th to Kroon and do the final prep there before I take off with the Kroon guys for Kromdraai where we will spend the first night on a game farm and from there we'll join up with guys from X Winds. My plan is to have my wife take the trailer down in case, hopefully not but she'll take fuel and all the other stuff with as well. I can't wait this ones been on my bucket list for to long now. I'am counting every night like a little kid before going to the sea. If all goes well I'll definitely see you down there. What do you fly?

Hi WO,

I fly a Raptor 582 - ZU APE... I am trailering the first part definitely, as I can only leave after 16h00... Will be driving down to Howick, and then taking off from a local field the following morning if the wx is good, otherwise trailering the whole way...

My parents have a house in Ramsgate, so will be staying there and hangaring at Munster... I will definitely meet up with you guys both in the air and on the ground...

Chat soon

Hi Craig

The more the merrier. Its a pity my mom sold her house down in Umzumbe after my old man died, but luckily Dawie from Kroon organised kipping for me and Amanda so I'll only be trailering if I really have to!!!
p.s It is probably a good Idea to join us for the meeting because there are a couple really worth wile tips and don'ts and do's that Dawie one of Kroons instructors will go over again at Kroon, we must just check the final date.

Cheers Francois

After the weekend I plan to fly to one of the most undeveloped ( and beautiful) coastal village in the old Ciskai ( Hamburg). There I will land next to the lagoon caravan park, and stay over at a relatives place. If there is anybody who want to join me on this extended trip plse feel welcome.

Oom Paul, just look carefully at the East London Airspace from a flying perspective... Also contact Bryan on the forum (He started the discussion on Night flying) he is based at Wings park just outside East London, and I am sure he would be happy to have you visit him there...

Cheers
