Breakfast Ladysmith Flying Club. ( 26 October 2013)

Postby Sparky » Thu Aug 15, 2013 8:53 pm

Hi all aviators, the Ladysmith Flying Club is looking at hosting a breakfast at the Ladysmith Airport on the 26 October 2013. We will finalize the costs during the next few days. Lets try and get as many microlights, planes and helicopters to Ladysmith as possible.

For those of you how would like to make a weekend out of it there is a motel right next to the airport. We have got one of the most beautiful areas to fly in and it is with in reach of most areas. Could the people who are intrested in attending the breakfast please contact me by PM or Cel 071 One One 909 one 49.

Look forward in hearing from you guys.

Hi Mark, it will good to have the guys from Ballito here. you must try to get the microlights to fly through. It is a magic flight through early in the morning. Fuel is not a problem just let us have your requirements and we can arrange it for you.

We will most properly have the breakfast the last weekend in October, by than the wind should stopped blowing.

Hi all Aviators

October is upon us and it looks as if the wx is starting to get better. Before you know it the 26 October will be here. For those of you who are planning to come through to the breakfast fly in at Ladysmith could you please start notifying me either by pm or phone so that we can start to get our planning sorted. Could you also state if you will be through for the breakfast only or if you will be spending the night and will be having a braai with us.

Thanks to all the the guys that were able to get through to Ladysmith for the breakfast on Saturday, it was really a pleasure to have all you guys here. I really hope that you guys enjoyed it here with us. It is a pity that the weather was not in our favor, which prevented a lot of planes not been able to come through. This is something that we would like to host more often as we feel that Ladysmith is nice and central for most of you to come through to, and there is accommodation at the airport for those who want to make a weekend out of it. If you are in favor of this been done maybe twice a year or so please place your comments on the forum.

Thank you

Shane
