Almost impossible to arrange unconflicting Fly in's these days...only so many weekends in the year.

Morning everyone, and herewith the final details for the Fly in this weekend.

MISASA "LET IT SHINE" Fly in and AGM 2013
Sat 13th April: Kitty Hawk Airfield (FAKT)

06h15: Pilots will start to arrive from all corners of the compass. Coffee and Tea will be avalable
07h30: Breakfast is served buffet style @ R50 per person
09h00: Cut off time for the "Let it Shine" Beauty Pageant.
09h15: Prize Giving and Photoshoot
09h30: Pilots free to depart at their own discretion at any time throughout. The weather is the boss as always.
11h00: MISASA AGM 2013 in the Clubhouse.
12h30: Braai Lunch (Only RSVP'd persons according to the list I published previously will be catered for)

Important Notes:

Please familiarise yourself with the Airfield layout on the website above!
Join Overhead at 6100ft!
ALL Circuits to the East!! (IE RH 01 and LH 19)
Please excercise due caution and be accomodating to all other aircraft both in the air and on the ground.
Please Park in front of the clubhouse in neat rows where possible according to class (WCM, CCM and LSA)
Ground marshals will help you with this.
DO NOT TAXI into or start up in a crowded area! Rather get out and push.(No shortage of volunteers around)
