Ok, how did you manage that? (I didn't go last year, so am unfamiliar with procedures )
The form has departure and arrival times, but I'm not sure what dates and times to put in? Are we flying into Waterkloof on the 11th, and sleeping over there, and then doing a Swartkops fly past on the 12th? Do you include the Swartkops fly past on the 12th on the form? I'm lost. Help!

If it's like last year,then you will flyin the Friday arvie,land at Waterkloof where your trike will be hangared.Then a bus will take us to Swartkop for the briefing and where we will sleep....The morning,the bus will take us back to Waterkloof where we will takeoff from and do the flypast

This is really an awesome experience and one not to be missed
