Boerie roll at Goose's place 12 Jan.

Hi All

There will be Boerie rolls and coffie for R20 at my place on this Saterday the 12 (^^)
Im trying to get the owner of the DC6 next door to give us a toor around the aircraft and tell us more puff

Let me now how much boeries I must prepare (**)

The runway is 400m long
S025 34 40
E028 16 04

Will post photo's of the runway later.

The runway is south east of rooiwal power station Pretoria GF1.

Will fly tomorrow to take a more resent photo of the runway.

As jy will kom maak ek die baan 600m soos hy laas was toe jy hier was :wink:

Ek will van Petit af invlieg. Is ek reg as ek se dat jy net binne in die Wonderboom CTR is. Praat ons met Wonderboom as ons van die noorde af jou plek nader?

Expected weather for Saturday: partly cloudy, wind east - less than 4 knots, DENSITY ALTITUDE about 6800' at midday temp of 32 Degrees C :shock:

Cellphone picture taken on 01 January 2013. The N1 is just out of the top of the picture also running North/South. The cub was facing North, Rooiwal was under the left wingtip and Goose's under the right wingtip.

Goose will post better picture, hierdie is net om julle lus te maak vhpy

Jy is reg ek is net binne WB CTR , ek praat nooit met hulle nie. Dalk kan Thys vir ons n goeie woortjie doen by die ATC hy ken hulle goed( Baas Thys kan ons op jou knoppie drik vir daai een :?: ) Ek stel voor julle nader my "Goose Pond" van die noorde af ( onder die Radar :mrgreen: +/- 2 nm noord van my is n hoogspanings kragdraad).

Ek het vandag die gras gesny op die punte van die baan so hy is nou weer 600m :wink: :wink: Net vir jou Thys (^^)
