Guys I am so Gatvol with things that are being squeezed in before December because some people are now pressed and they are transferring their pressure down the pecking order. I am actually on Microlighters tonight just to catch a break from my blerrie inbox and all the shortened deadlines.

Phoned Bundy earlier today on my way back from Pretoria to Polokwane - (6 hours travel for two hours meetings ) - not gonna make this one. Travelling to do tomorrow to Thoyandou and Louis Trichardt, travelling to do Friday to Phalaborwa and Tzaneen, - after seeing a potential new custodian of Geel Kerneels. (If this goes through - you will not BELIEVE the luxury in which GeelKerneels will be languishing when hangared - and near enough for me to go say "hello" from time to time!)

Saturday and Sunday - finish the Evil soul sucking admin.

Asterix, you are so right. I am also gatvol. I just got back from a public participation meeting where the consultants are pushing for the approval of a 400kV line through Harties, over the Magalies and the Witwatersberg. It seems these type of things are launched this time of the year because they know the public do not have the time and energy to respond or attend. Yet I have to, because this will be on my doorstep !

Now I still need to finish a tender because I need to be in Vrede tomorrow.

Thanks Kloot for sharing the pain! I really looked forward to your presentation and I hope I will soon have the pleasure of meeting you! I MAINTAIN that glider pilots are the ONLY pilots that understand the sky - what a pleasure to have one that also flies trikes!

Please help some of these guys understand that they CAN come and visit us here up north - ML - Potties is 126 miles. And they CAN cruise at 50 mph, with a fuelstop at Warmbad or Nylstroom, and then STILL fly the last 50 miles or so after coffee around 10h00 - get hit by GOOD turbulence, and complete the flight in safety!

Kom Kom mense - julle kan maar julle lang vlieg-avonture waaroor julle droom en praat in julle gatte druk as julle gaan bang bly vir turbulensie. Leer net watter is gevaarlik en gaan land en drink bier, MAAR kry gratis hoogte uit die veiliges en le laaang afstande af in een oggend. Al stamp en ruk en rol dit - jy spaar petrol! (Dit raak naderhand lekker - glo my!)
