Boerie roll brekkie at Sue Strip 18 August

The Kroon Guys are flying to Sue's strip this Saturday for a Boerie roll brekkie. Please join. Hope the weather is OK.

Hi Goose, eerste wiele sal so vanaf 7:00 lig. Die vraag is, sal jy kan by bly met die Trikes? Sal hulle maar vra om bietjie stadiger te vlieg. :wink: :lol:

Winds early morning (6 - 9 knots ENE) dropping off rapidly and turning northerly, so exercise care! No high level winds predicted. Temps 12-21C.

For those unsure of Sue's airstrip, the easiest way to find it is just south west of the confluence of the Hekpoort and Maropeng roads!

With winds predicted as ENE expect a 03 landing as well as some bumps off the northern ridge! ##

Co-ords: 25°53'49.63"S 027°36'21.77"E
Runways: 04/22
Runway Length: 600m (usable 500m)
Surface: Grass
Elevation: 4250ft
Obstacles on Approach: Buildings and tall trees on 04
Cautionary: Watch for Sue's dogs on landing - get ready to hit those mags!!!
Frequency: 124,800

Hi Guys. 124.8. Runway 04. So looking foreward. KEEP IN MIND MY DOGS BE READY ON THOSE MAG SWITCHES.
Even tho a little windy i always tell my guys Northerly winds are friendly winds, with friendly bumps(high pressure)
