Hi Andries,

ek weet jy is in Singapoer en dus die rede hoekom ek hier vra.

Moet ek vir jou n' chalet bespreek in Makgadikagadi of gaan jy camp?

Hulle gaan vinnig en dus moet jy skree.

Sien jou binne kort. (^^) (^^)

Ok Andries camping for you it is. Just book your camping at Senyati & Island Safari Lodge when you get a chance.

For a Chalet, depending on what you booked, it sounds about right. Single chalet / standard room is US$75, double is US$115 & camping is US$10 pp.

Mine are all booked and paid for as well. (^^) (^^)

Just a friendly reminder that we are having a prep meeting at 9 am, on the 21st February in the Microland lapa. There will be a bring and braai afterwards. Fires, salads and garlic bread will be provided. (^^)

Attached a Botswana Airfields waypoints file which can be downloaded into most Garmin GPS's. Just change the extension from .pdf to .gdb and download with Garmin Base Camp into your GPSr.

I will also bring my laptop and cables to the meeting on Saturday. Bring your GPS along if you want me to download the file. I also have GPS Botswana aviation maps that will work on GPS III & V and later, map capable, GPSr's (not III Pilot). NB: this action will overwrite the existing maps on your GPS (your choice).

Thanks to all who could attend the meeting, and those that phoned in their apologies. I will send an e-mail to each pilot that has committed requesting the info as discussed in the meeting. 21 pilots on the list with 16 that have booked accommodation. As usual, there are those that can not commit. ## They will be excluded from any plans from now on. You are on your own. (**) Also, if you do not have any intention of joining in the trip please leave the WhatsApp group, so that I know you are out. We have to organise group discounts and plan events and we need numbers to do this.

Thanks to those that have committed. It is going to be a once in a life time adventure. (^^) (^^) I can not wait.

Spoke to Glenn at Kazangula Microlight strip just outside Vic Falls and it will not be a problem to land there during our Vic Falls flight.
