Old C150’s used to have these starters, amongst others, and they got replaced by better ones. Please have a look in your store room, perhaps your old starter is still there and gathering dust.
We have reverted back to “Armstrong Starter”, but feel a bit unsafe. I have had one in flight engine out and certainly an electrical starter could have helped to restart and made a difference between a precautionary landing and an emergency landing.
