Im looking for a Lid for rotary valve oil bottle for 582 engine. The last quote i got was R432.11.

Try the cost of a spark plug cap for a 582.....
Over R300 each.
Found the exact thing on line in UK and had 3 delivered to my sister in UK for 16 pounds.(including cost of delivering)
